The website gives general information about the agency. It does not set the fees, duration, exclusivity, scope or other commercial terms of any representation or engagement.

Enquiries and representation

An enquiry, application, nomination or request for an introduction does not by itself appoint NDP as your agent, create a representation or service agreement, or commit either party to an engagement. Representation and other services require a separate written agreement setting out the agreed terms.

We may decide whether an enquiry is suitable for further discussion. The website does not promise representation, an introduction, employment, funding, a particular outcome or a response within a fixed time. Any specific commitment must be agreed separately.

The enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not send directly from this website. You must review and send the message yourself; you may instead contact us directly by email. Your email application must be configured, and opening it is not proof that your message was delivered.

Information you share
